All business relations between MID-CENTURY-FRIENDS, Sven Hilbich, Fleher Strasse 285, 40223 Dusseldorf and the customer are subject exclusively to these General Terms and Conditions in the respective version valid at the time of the order. (1) The presentation and promotion of items in our online shop does not constitute a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.

(2) After your non-binding inquiry by e-mail or by phone, you will receive a non-binding offer by e-mail. This e-mail is not a binding purchase agreement for you.

(3) Your subsequent confirmation by e-mail is considered a binding purchase decision. You are bound to the order for a period of three weeks after placing the order; Your right under § 3 to revoke your order remains unaffected.

(4) A contract is only concluded when we accept your order by a declaration of acceptance of the ordered items.

(5) If the delivery of the goods ordered by you is not possible because the goods are not in stock, we refrain from accepting the goods. In this case, a contract is not concluded. We will inform you about this and refund already received consideration.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. (1) The right of revocation does not exist for distance contracts for the supply of goods that were made to customer specifications or that are clearly tailored to personal needs or that are not suitable for a return due to their nature.

Warranty rights apply. The warranty for used items is one year.
